The Lost Immigrants family is growing! Last week, the band finalized agreements with Blackland Management and Promotions and Pigeon O'Brien Publicity. The companies will join the LI team to support booking and management needs as well as promote several recording projects the band has in store for the coming year.
Led by Clint Scribner and John Kent, Blackland Management and Promotions has a small roster of Texas artists, including Salute and Somebody’s Darling.
“We’re excited about working with Blackland and their team,” said James Dunning, Lost Immigrants’ frontman. “We’ve been missing an integral piece of the puzzle for some time. I’m confident Clint, John and the rest of the Blackland family will be able to take the music of Lost Immigrants farther than it’s gone before.”
"We are honored to work with such talented musicians that have a work ethic second to none and are truly first class human beings!" said Scribner. "At Blackland we will only work with artist that we 100% believe in.... and Lost Immigrants fit the bill. We are excited to play an integral part in the future success of Lost Immigrants"
Lost Immigrants will also retain the services of Pigeon O'Brien, a renowned publicist in the Americana and Texas country music industries.
"Having Pigeon O'Brien Publicity is a true bonus for us," said Sean Isbell, lead guitarist for Lost Immigrants. "Pigeon's energy is infectious and her support is out of this world. We're thankful she's not only our publicist, but a true fan as well!"
"Working with Lost Immigrants is a pleasure," said O'Brien. "The band captures everything that's right with Americana and Texas music, with an infectious groove that's at once polished and perfect yet authentic and homegrown. I've loved seeing them become bigger and am excited to work with them on their new projects."
